1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the bonus entries described in Section 5, which are equally available through the free alternate method of entry in Section 4. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Principe E92 335i Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Principe Performance and Parts (“Sponsor”). Contact: ryanp@pppautocare.com.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
4. Entry period and how to enter
The Sweepstakes begins September 29, 2026 and ends December 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). To enter, visit https://principeapparel.com/sweepstakes and submit the entry form with your name, email and the other required information. Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are void.
5. Bonus entries
Entrants may earn additional entries as follows. (a) Merchandise: each product in the Principe merch store carries a posted number of bonus entries, credited when an order is paid in full. Cancelled or refunded orders forfeit their bonus entries. (b) Referrals: after entering, each entrant receives a personal referral link. For each new, eligible person who submits a valid free entry using that link, the referring entrant receives 1 bonus entry. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are void. Sponsor may cap or void bonus entries it reasonably believes were obtained fraudulently. Bonus entries are available without purchase through referrals.
6. Prize
One (1) grand prize: Fully Built 2008 BMW E92 335i. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be posted on the entry page before the drawing. Merchandise is subject to availability; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. If the prize is a vehicle: the winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, title, registration, licensing and insurance; must hold a valid driver’s license and be legally able to take possession of the vehicle; the vehicle is awarded as-is, where-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied; delivery is at Sponsor’s business location and any transport beyond that is at the winner’s expense; and the winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.
7. Winner selection and notification
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by Sponsor on or about December 25, 2026. Each entry (including bonus entries) is one chance in the drawing. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
9. Publicity and privacy
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial and city for promotional purposes without further compensation. Personal information is collected and used according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
10. Winner list
For the name of the winner, email ryanp@pppautocare.com with the subject “Winner list” within sixty (60) days after the Entry Period ends.
