Principe Performance and Parts (“we”) collects the information you submit when you enter a giveaway or place an order: name, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth (to confirm eligibility) and order details. We also record the IP address and browser used to submit an entry to detect fraud.

We use this information to administer the giveaway, select and notify winners, fulfill and ship orders, and, only if you opt in, send you news about drops and future giveaways. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and process payments (for example our hosting, database and payment processor) and where required by law.

Entry and order records are kept for as long as needed to run the promotion, satisfy legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. To access, correct or delete your information, email ryanp@pppautocare.com.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
